I've
always had at least one cat. We both love animals and currently have a tiny
Himalyan cat who is about 13 years old.
Now that we live in an apartment, my flower gardening is more limited, although
I have a few flowers planted around our entrance, living room window, and
patio and I enjoy reading gardening
magazines and books. My physical activities are somewhat limited by the
fact that I have Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia,
and Chronic Myofascial Pain. I am working on losing
weight with the help of my TOPS
group (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). I definitely recommend them to anyone
interested in a healthier way of eating and living.
I really enjoy my computer (first one purchased with the proceeds of selling
my childhood dolls on eBay).
My other hobbies include learning to make web
sites, reading,
crossword puzzles, playing piano, music, movies, and collecting the Pfaltzgraff
Yorktowne pattern.
I grew up in the small towns of Weeping
Water and Walthill,
Nebraska and have lived in Lincoln,
Nebraska since graduating high school except for a year in Albuquerque,
NM, and three years in Garland,
